Corporate Farm: Privacy Policy
Kiwi Tree ยท Effective October 22, 2026
Corporate Farm is a single-player game that runs offline on your device. It needs no account and has no ads, no analytics and no tracking of its own. We (Kiwi Tree, the developer) don't collect, receive or share your personal data through the game.
What stays on your device
- Your saved careers, settings, badges, attendance streak and whether you've unlocked the full career are stored only in the game's private storage on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
- If you use "Report a problem or idea", the report (your note, the game's version and your current run's choices) is saved on your device and copied to your clipboard. It goes nowhere unless you choose to send it to us yourself: the "Email the report" button opens your own email app with the report filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email.
- If the game hits an error, it keeps a short error log on your device: the game's own error messages and which part of the game they came from, never your name, your saves or anything else from your device. On the next launch the game offers to email that log to us from your own email app. Nothing is sent unless you send that email, the log is deleted from your device once you've answered either way, and you can turn the offer off in the menu under Help.
Purchases
The one-time "Full career" unlock is sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment under the Google Privacy Policy; the game never sees your payment details. The game asks Google Play on your device whether you own the unlock and checks Google's signature on the answer, on the device. This is why the app has internet access; apart from Google Play Games (below), it uses it for nothing else.
Google Play gives developers order records for their own apps (such as the order number, date, country and the buyer's Google account email). We use these only to handle refunds and support requests, and we don't sell or share them.
Google Play Games
On Android, the game works with Google Play Games, which is optional. If you're signed in to Play Games, the game sends Google your badges (as Play Games achievements) and, from careers you finish, your best scores (your OKR average, how many people came to your farewell and your best attendance streak) to its leaderboards. It also reads back which achievements you have, so your badges return on a new phone. Google handles this, and the usage and diagnostic data its Play Games software collects about itself, under the Google Privacy Policy. Your Play Games profile settings decide who sees your achievements and scores, and you can delete them from your Play Games profile. We see only the leaderboards and totals that Play Console shows any game's developer, never your Google account details. If you aren't signed in, the game sends Play Games nothing.
Advertising and third parties
The game shows no ads, doesn't use the advertising ID and contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code. Apart from Google Play's billing and Play Games services, it doesn't talk to any server.
Children
Corporate Farm is a workplace satire intended for players aged 16 and over. It isn't directed at children, and it doesn't collect personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. If the game ever starts collecting data, this policy will say so first.
